Working from the heart means building a design and development workflow around the user, listening, and iterating rapidly. Rinse, and repeat.
I bring a unique perspective on user experience and design by working with dozens of startups through my work at The EAN.
I knew I wanted to change the world when I volunteered on a World Bank platform, supporting kids learning to be social entrepreneurs. It was an amazing experience!
Between starting my first startup, winning a World Bank grant, moving to Boston, and volunteering all over Cambridge, this was a busy couple of years! Also, I'm getting my feet wet with code!
This is the period I really dove into code. Between working on my second startup, using a LAMP stack, and going deeper on UI/UX and design, I grew into a frontend dev during this period!
After choosing to shutter my second startup, I attended Startup Institute to go deeper on my existing skills, and to diversify them as well. Upon leaving, I felt more confident that I'd be changing the world with my code.
My mission is to change the world with hard work, beautiful code, and by working from the heart. Further, I hope to continuously refine my ability to do these things.
